Beautiful antique pair of Arts And Crafts oak ladder back chairs. These date from around 1890 to 1910 and have a lovely natural patina. Each chair is stamped underneath with a Registered Pattern Number. The chairs are very well constructed and in good solid condition with no wobbles. The rush seats are in excellent condition with no damage. A few minor chips to edges, etc but nothing worrying or that looks out of place. *please note* on one of the chairs there is a historic repair with one of the under-stretchers having been replaced. There is a slightly different colour to the wood on this part, but isn’t hugely noticeable unless you’re looking for it. Please see photos. Each chair measures 18” wide, 19.5” overall depth, 18” to seat and 40.5” overall height.
