Small Danish Rosewood Sideboard/Cabinet On Hairpin Legs
This beautiful small mid century cabinet/sideboard was designed and made by Poul Hundevad and is an excellent quality piece throughout. It makes a great storage option for the home.
The cabinet is veneered in Brazilian Rosewood with book-matched grain on the doors. Internally it is fitted with beech adjustable shelves and drawers. One of which is lined in green baize. It comes with its original key too!
It has been fully sanded and restored and is re-finished in hard wearing OSMO oil. It has the makers brand on the rear and Danish Quality Control Badge inside other cabinet. I’ve fitted it with good quality black steel hairpins to give it a less blocky/open feel although I have kept the original Rosewood plinth which can be re-attached if desired. This would lower the height slightly.
It has a few small minor knocks and marks but these are genuinely minimal and barely noticeable when in use.
It measures 42.5” wide, 17” deep and 29.5” tall
