Rare original early issue (version 8) UK pressing of Led Zeppelin IV (sometimes called untitled or Four Symbols). Superb playing copy!
This version has the matrix numbers:
Matrix / Runout (Side A runout variant 5): 2401012 ** A//3 1 1 3 2 PECKO DUCK
Matrix / Runout (Side B runout variant 5): 2401012 B//3 1 2 4 PORKY (over starred B)
Corrected “Hop” on label. Corrected feathers on both sides.
The vinyl grades as EX to EX+ with a couple of wispy marks at most when viewed under strong light and 1 hairline side 2. It plays near perfectly but for a tiny amount of crackle on run ins only. The rest of the record is perfect. No crackle or other issues. EX+
The sleeve is EX- with light edge/storage wear only. No major issues. Original catalogue sticker on the rear.
The inner has a very small tear as shown and is split on bottom edge. VG+
