Record has a couple of light marks on both sides when viewed under bright light. Ex
Sleeve has a sticker on the front and has some light general signs of ware. Edge of sleeve has been heavily damaged as seen in photos and is ripped/torn half way down the spine. G+
Comes with original inner sleeve but this also has some water damage.
